By now, you’ve probably heard that Evoto launched a website dedicated to a tool they call their Online AI Headshot Generator. I stumbled upon it yesterday, Monday, January 12th, and this is the story of what transpired next.

Grab a cup of tea because we’re about to spill it ALL. And by “all”, I mean receipts dating back to 2024, paid ads, alt text on their website, and a partner website with an Evoto image generator that they have neglected to tell us about, and it’s STILL live (as of time of publication).

1. If you’re at ImagingUSA this week, head to their booth and ask about these new revelations.

2. Cancel your account immediately. Your credits will still be available until what would have been your renewal date.

3. Evoto is in a very vulnerable position right now. There are several things we’ve been requesting for years that we could join our voices to achieve. 1 – Remove the expiry of credits. If we’ve paid for credits, they’re ours until they’re used up. 2 – Make the facebook group private.
